Affordable Blue Rugs

The minute I walked into the living room of this house, I knew I wanted it to feel and look different than any space I have had before. Honestly, I have never had a house that had this kind of light before. I always lived in basements until Chateau Shittay and the lighting in that house was just awful.  Regardless of how many lamps and pops of color I added, it stayed drab and stuffed. 

I want this living room to feel fresh and clean. I want it feel layered and collected but in a very taylored and thoughtful manner.

I also promised myself I wouldn't rush this. (I can literally see you rolling your eyes at this comment)  Well, you know, we are broke and I am trying to not overwhelm Hubs with too much at once.  And, I really want to find REALLY cool pieces instead of just buying a bunch of stuff off the racks and replacing them later. 

I have always had busy, multicolored vintage rugs in my homes.  I love them. I plan on putting them around other rooms in the house but I am craving something different. I am craving something possibly blue.

I LOVE that it an indoor/outdoor rug and is made to stand up both Hemmy and Grayson.  But, it is going to be a big more than my price point, I am afraid.
