I had another post planned for today but when news broke about Kate Spade's death, I don't know, I got really upset.

I am going to be honest, I sort of grew out of her stuff a few years ago but that doesn't mean I don't still have a few of her purses or dresses (that I still love).  I especially love this dress I bought for my engagement pictures years ago that was so special to me...

And like DON'T get me started on how insanely fancy I thought I was when I got my first Kate Spade bag. I was beyond over the moon.

So skinny. So young. Sigh.

So skinny. So young. Sigh.

Over the years, however, I grew to obsess over her interiors. These rooms, to me, were just perfection.  A beautiful mix of modern and eclectic and traditional and vintage. Moody and cozy but bright and welcoming at the same time.

So, today, I am going to share some of the images I feel like you have seen a million times on Pinterest.  But, these are my favorites of hers.  She will always be design inspiration for me.

I hope her design legacy lives on forever.  I know I will continue to find endless inspiration in her designs and images.
